What helps us fix a problem
If some letters show as boxes or disappear after you paste them, please include:
- the style you copied, or the text itself
- the app and where in it you pasted, such as an Instagram bio or a Discord message
- your phone or computer and its operating system
- a screenshot, if you can
Rendering depends on the fonts each device carries, so the same paste can work on one phone and fail on another. Those details are how we reproduce it.
Good reasons to write
- a character that renders wrongly, or a fact on the site that is wrong
- a question about a typeface or its licence
- a style or chart you would like to see added
- anything about your data, as described in the privacy policy
What we cannot help with
We do not design custom lettering or tattoos, and we cannot send font files. The tattoo lettering page lets you preview your own words in eight real typefaces and save the one you choose as an image for your artist.
